1 x PRIVATE HOSPITALITY CHALETS - 30 OR 50 GUESTS PER DAY
Location
Located within the official Tented Village with nearby reserved car parking.
Catering
Dining facilities will be of the highest quality. Chalets open at 8.30am
and
guests will be offered coffee and pastries on arrival.
A four-course luncheon or buffet luncheon will be served, depending on your
choice.
This will be followed by afternoon tee. Upgrading of any menus may be
discussed
with the caterer, at a small additional price.
Chalet Facilities
Quality tentage with colour co-ordinated internal decoration ensures
excellent
surroundings.
Each chalet has its own individual company signboard, also one or two
television
sets (depending on size of facility), telephone, floral decorations, patio
furnishings
and flagpole for your company flag.
SUGGESTED PROGRAMME
Day 1 - Arrive at London Heathrow or Gatwick airport where group will be
met by
GV Representative and escorted out to executive coach. Transfer from airport
to
selected hotel. Dinner will be reserved in private dining room on this
evening.
We can arrange for cocktails to be served prior to dinner as a welcome to
everyone
on the Tour and have a guest speaker.
Day 2 - After breakfast golfers will depart on coach to nearby golf
course for 18 holes
of golf and non golfers will be taken on sightseeing excursion. Dinner can
be reserved
in local restaurant or in hotel.
Day 3 - Same format as above
Day 4 - Same format as above
Day 5 - After breakfast everyone to attend the Open Golf at Royal St
George's.
Day can either include full hospitality on the course or just include
standard
entrance ticket.
Day 6 - Same format as above. In the evening we will arrange for a
special
Gala Farewell Dinner in the hotel, with prize giving for golf competition if
required.
Day 7 - After breakfast depart by coach back to departure at airport.
Golf will be arranged from courses such as: Moatlands Golf Club,
Ashford Golf Club,
The London Golf Club, Cobtree Manor Golf Club, Broome Park Golf Club.
All courses are 18 holes and either par 71 or 72 courses.
Sightseeing Excursions will be arranged from: Canterbury Abbey, Leeds
Castle,
Tour of Central London to include Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament,
London Eye, Westminster Abbey, Harrods, day trip to Paris on Eurostar. |
